Workshop: "Optimizing the Family/Business relationship in Famy-run Businesses".
The current economic situation reveals the tremendous value and myriad positive characteristics of family-run businesses, as well as the numerous difficulties they face over time.
Through a series of presentations and discussions, this Workshop will examine all these issues, clarifying, in particular, the tools available to entrepreneurial families to assure development and governability of the company and safeguarding of the family assets over time and from generation-to-generation.
During the event, the results of a special study conducted by The European House-Ambrosetti for Banca CR Firenze will also be presented.
