LDF-Aggiornamento Giovani launched - February 02, 2012
Launched with the start of 2012, LDF - Aggiornamento Giovani is a new individual professional training and update program specifically designed for “high potential” young people in the corporate world.
It is a new service which allows for:
- making use of only the most up-to-date version of key management issues covered by those who, on a case-by-case basis, are most competent on an international level;
- choosing only what is of interest and in line with corporate/individual needs;
- tailoring individual training programs in terms of their content, economic investment, time frame, duration and intensity for each targeted individual;
- participation in professional training and updating events;
- modifying the plan even a number of times and without being penalized.
By selecting the “pay for use” package most suitable to its needs and choosing from an annual calendar of around 30 events with top speakers from Italy and abroad, a company may register up to a maximum of ten participants. Who attends may vary from event-to-event in order to build custom programs that meet the real training and motivational needs of its human resources with growth potential.
