What impact does the ability to negotiate have on a company’s balance sheet?
How much energy do we waste in negotiations that turn into conflict with our colleagues, bosses or, even worse, customers?
How much less efficient are we because we lack the techniques that make negotiating a professional skill and not just a personal attribute?
We negotiate every day without even realizing it.
Each day we spend between 2 hours and the entire working day negotiating with those we work with, bosses, customers and suppliers.
It is no accident that one of the most common issues in our daily meetings with businessmen and managers is negotiation in all its aspects, both as a way to effectively convey a new style of leadership and as a tool to develop relations within a constantly-evolving market.
This is why The European House - Ambrosetti has organized the "NEGOTIATION LABORATORY", an initiative designed with the goal of getting to know and working with the fundamentals of negotiation in all contexts – inside the company and in a commercial context.
Naturally, this is no traditional training course. It offers a highly-interactive and experience-oriented approach through which participants will have the opportunity to get to know and gain hands-on expertise in the most advanced and cutting-edge negotiating practices.
The modular structure of the approach and the way it develops also mean that each individual can make use of the content and exploit its potential according to their own expectations and personal requirements.
The Negotiation Lab is divided into three highly-interactive modules:
- BASIC MODULE: NEGOTIATION: PREPARATION, METHOD, EFFICACY
- PHASE 2: IN-HOUSE NEGOTIATION WORKSHOP
- PHASE 3: EXTERNAL NEGOTIATION WORKSHOP
