Report: The Forum "Brescia's industries: current and future prospects", promoted by the Industrial Association of Brescia and organized by The European House-Ambrosetti, aimed to stimulate an exchange between Institutions, experts and business leaders on the current and future prospects of industry in the Brescia area, with particular emphasis on the manufacturing sector, which has been severely struck by the current crisis.  

After rapidly analyzing the "whys and wherefores" of the crisis, the Brescia companies began asking themselves a fundamental question: "how" to equip themselves to compete in the post-crisis world, irrespective  - or almost so – of when the upturn may actually come about.

Against this backdrop, the presentation of Valerio De Molli, Managing Partner of The European House-Ambrosetti, identified and developed four key points on which to base the revival of Brescia's industry – “FLEXIBILITY, SPEED, INNOVATION, HUMAN RESOURCES” – in addition to providing an overview of the main causes and the potential future scenarios generated by the financial crisis.
