Second Ambrosetti Forum in China - 2009-10-28
 Forum: On October 23 rd and 24 th, in the magnificent setting of Tianmu Lake (Jiangsu Province) in China, the second " Intelligence on Chinese and European Economies" forum was held. Economists, Nobel prize winners, experts, business spokesmen and European and Chinese representatives of government shared their views and experiences with over 220 European and Chinese business leaders, with the goal of developing mutual awareness and business relations between these two areas. Among the issues examined were: the global economic situation and the impact on China-Europe relations; cities and regions as the driving force for growth; frontiers of the service sector in China; impact of corporate governance and social responsibility on corporate policy-making and access to the capital market; research and technological innovation for growth; and small- and medium-size companies in China and Europe: opportunities for collaboration.
