Aviation is a strong driver of economic growth, jobs, trade and mobility for the European Union. It plays a crucial role in the European economy and reinforces its global leadership. For these reasons it is imperative to ensure that the European Aviation sector remains competitive.
Forum organized by The European House – Ambrosetti on behalf of Assosomm (Italian Association of Employment Agencies).
In recent years, expectations about the potential to draw economic advantage from research activity have intensified, thus opening the debate between local areas involved in creating conditions that “enable” the development of innovation and research, as well as highlighting examples of excellence on an international level.
This forum, targeted to top managers and businessmen, provided participants with a highly-valuable experience and allow them to expand their network of contacts within this sector. Using a case study approach, two major success stories were discussed: Nestlé and Parmareggio.
In light of the analysis, research and observations developed from the suggestions supplied by the members of the Ambrosetti Club Food & Beverage & Nutrition Community, we have developed four proposals which we believe represent an important point-of-departure for promoting competitiveness in this sector.
