Again in 2019, the Italian agrifood supply chain confirmed itself to be one of the driving sectors of the national economy thanks to the sector’s positive performance, which registered record levels in many of the main economic indicators. Despite this, even Food&Beverage was subject to unprecedented impact following the crisis connected with the Covid-19 health emergency.
