The certification, renewed for the sixth consecutive year, attests to TEHA's ability to create a high-performing work environment through data-driven HR strategies, independent validation, and a clear focus on practices that promote business performance, engagement, and people growth. 

Active in131 countries, the Top Employers Institute is the global authority for certification, benchmarking, and consulting in the HR sector. The Top Employers Program evaluates and certifies organizations based on the results of the HR Best Practices Survey, which analyzes six key areas of HR, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
