The European House – Ambrosetti, in collaboration with Federalimentare and Fiere di Parma, analyzed the scenario of the Italian food sector in terms of the growth and level of internationalization of companies in the Food & Beverage sector, and the development of Italian exports.
The study constituted the basis for an in-depth discussion in which business leaders and members of government took part during the second day of Cibus Connect 2017 that took place on April 13, 2017.
During the event, the results of the survey of over 200 international retailers were also presented to highlight the expectations of major international retail chains in terms of the Made in Italy food sector.
