Following the introduction of tobacco product fiscal reform in early 2015, we offer an analysis of the results in terms of tax revenues and changes in the market, as well as forecasts for 2016. The European House – Ambrosetti, which took part in the public consultations regarding the reform, has for years been involved in preparing studies and in-depth evaluations on this question and offers supply chain stakeholders and policy-makers the analysis and tools that contribute to formulating guidelines for future action.
