The New York fashion week brings a breath of fresh air: women’s and men’s collections in a single fashion show to be held at the same time as the launching of the new products in the stores (and not six months earlier, as before). Last but not least, the classic seasonal conception of the collections will be dropped!
All the challenges that fashion brands will have to face in order to remain competitive on the Chinese market. This is the central theme of the round table entitled “Profit does matter”, moderated by Flavio Sciuccati – Partner of the Global Fashion Unit of The European House – Ambrosetti, which took place in Shanghai on January 20.
The luxury market is receiving everyday more attention. Scientific research is also focusing on luxury management: some of the most frequent research questions regard understanding which are the sources of value that justify the “luxury” label and how the luxury value chain should adapt to a continuously changing business environment.
During the CEO Roundtable on Digital Fashion organized by Fashion, Flavio Sciuccati spoke about the opportunities offered by digital transformation in the fashion and luxury sector.
