Marco has been President of The European House - Ambrosetti and a Partner since 2006. In 2008, he has guided the firm's management buyout with other Partners.
He is currently in charge of the “Competitive Advantages through People” area, which includes the Practices: Next, Readiness, Leadership & Change, Execution & Project Management, Customer, Sustainability, Academy.
He is an expert in change process management and has an education background in Sociology: he specifically studies how to transform behavior into business results through organizational levers and people management. An additional area of established expertise is in managing complex negotiations, in a variety of contexts and industries.
He currently teaches Decision and Negotiation Processes in the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Milan). He has been a Researcher at the University of Milan (Chair of Political Sociology).
He has authored numerous publications, among which the book “Come si decide in azienda” (Fendac Servizi, con Paolo Donati), essays on group mobilization and the relationship between youth and companies (Altri Codici, Il Mulino), the chapter “La formazione” in the publication “L’azienda del futuro” (Il Sole 24 Ore), and the books: “Cambiamenti - Azione collettiva e intrecci organizzativi in un’epoca di crisi" (Rubbettino Editore),“Creare governare e dirigere” (Alinari, with Carlo Adelio Galimberti), “Il lavoro non ha età” (Guerini Next, with Eva Giudicatti).
