He is the Manager of the “Competitive Advantage Through People” unit that includes the following practices: People, Readiness, Culture & Education and Business Acceleration.
He is an expert in the management of change processes.
Hailing from a sociology background, in particular, he studies how to transform individual behavior into business results through organizational means and personnel management.
Another of his areas of expertise is that of managing complex negotiations in a range of contexts and sectors.
He currently teaches Decision-Making and Negotiating Processes in the Political Science Department of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
He is a former researcher at the Università Statale di Milano (Department of Political Sociology).
He is also the author of numerous publications, including the book, Come si decide in azienda (Fendac Servizi, co-author Paolo Donati), essays on group mobilization and the relationship between young people and organizations (in: Altri Codici, Il Mulino), the chapter entitled “La formazione” in the book, L’azienda del futuro (Il Sole 24 Ore) as well as the following books: Cambiamenti – Azione collettiva e intrecci organizzativi in un’epoca di crisi (Rubbettino Editore, 2012) and Creare governare e dirigere (Alinari 2015, co-author Carlo Adelio Galimberti).
