Welcome lunch, 1:30-2:30 pm
Rome, Villa Lazzaroni (Via di Tor di Quinto 58)
The first innovation meeting of the 2020 InnoTech Community examined and discussed the evolution in corporate organization models for innovation management to understand the new paradigms that are emerging and the strategic challenges and opportunities companies will be facing.
New skills and professional expertise will be increasingly necessary to manage the growing complexity of organizations which, on the basis of how business models will have to adapt to the market, will find themselves more involved in processes of life-long learning, re-skilling and up-skilling for their employees, while at the same time attracting a new, skilled labor force.
The technological and digital changes currently underway are forcing companies to be ever-more open to the external ecosystem and, therefore, capable of efficiently dialoging with it.
What is the future of Open Innovation? How can effective processes of technology transfer be activated? What skills will be critical in taking on innovation-related strategic challenges?
We talked about this with Angelo Rigillo (Head of Innovation Governance, Intelligence and Partnerships, Enel), Marco Gazzino (Head of Innovation and Product Lab, Enel X), Ernesto Ciorra (Chief Innovability Officer, Enel), Gerd Pircher (Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Italy), Marco Spinetto (R&D Strategic Innovation, Pirelli) and other top-level speakers.
