Gal Rimon – Founder and CEO, GamEffective, TEH-A partner company.
In 2012, Gal founded GamEffective, an Israel-California start-up with the vision of creating a new generation of digital learning and gamification solutions to bring about a leap in the quality of individual and organizational performance and learning. GamEffective is the 2016 Gartner Cool Vendor in human capital management. Its platform was judged to be the best on the market for its strategic depth and breadth of application. Previously, Gal was CEO of Gilon-Synergy Business Insight, the Israeli leader in business intelligence. In 2010, Gilon-Synergy was purchased for $20 million by Ness Technologies, a NASDAQ quoted company, and Gal become Senior VP and member of the executive management of Ness. His previous experience includes VP of customer relations and operations for a leading international consulting firm. He also worked for EDS and Bashan. Gal has an MBA in Marketing and Information Technologies from Tel Aviv University.

Today, even the best learning solutions risk not being adequate to the new challenges facing us: people learn differently than they did yesterday; learning content is not consolidated and is not fully applied; there is no time for training; and e-learning is considered to be boring and is not used very much.

And yet, the most recent theories regarding learning and engagement mechanisms, combined with the development of recent digital solutions, offer companies concrete opportunities for making a decisive leap.

  • How individuals can choose their own development paths starting from their performance gaps
  • How to render learning activities systematic by integrating them into day-to-day activities
  • How to obtain a strong sense of responsibility and personal commitment to improve learning and performance
  • How to monitor activities, modalities and levels of individual learning And, as a result, how to intervene to optimize learning and performance
  • How to use gamification and e-learning to support the digital transformation of organizations.

The event will be an opportunity to reflect on the “new standards” of learning management and to examine successful examples offered by a number of leading companies that are implementing them.
