Today, even the best learning solutions risk not being adequate to the new challenges facing us: people learn differently than they did yesterday; learning content is not consolidated and is not fully applied; there is no time for training; and e-learning is considered to be boring and is not used very much.
And yet, the most recent theories regarding learning and engagement mechanisms, combined with the development of recent digital solutions, offer companies concrete opportunities for making a decisive leap.
The event will be an opportunity to reflect on the “new standards” of learning management and to examine successful examples offered by a number of leading companies that are implementing them.
