During the 44th “Intelligence on the World, Europe and Italy” Forum, Villa d’Este on September 7, 8 and 9, a study entitled “Initiatives for Improving the Judiciary System and the Fight Against Corruption to Promote a Pro-business Environment and the Attractiveness of Italy” has been presented.
Justice that is efficient and a system that is effective against corruption are the two basic elements in fostering development and attracting investment, young people and talent. On the basis of this assumption, for the fourth consecutive year, The European House – Ambrosetti has examined the state of health of Italy’s judicial system. As in the past, the goal was to analyze its performance, including in comparison to the rest of Europe, and to examine the current status in the fight against corruption.
