The result of an intuition of Flavio Sciuccati, Partner of The European House – Ambrosetti, was the idea to bring together two examples of Italian excellence: the Ermenegildo Zegna group and Bonotto S.p.A..

It is an acquisition with a strategic vision: an alliance in the textile sector to boost presence in all high-end menswear segments and guarantee long-term innovation, both for Ermenegildo Zegna group labels and leading Mens and Womenswear labels worldwide.

The European House – Ambrosetti laid the basis for bringing these two companies together and accompanied Bonotto S.p.A. throughout the process of the 60% acquisition by the Ermenegildo Zegna group, up through the closing which took place in early November.
