    Participants forced to cancel will be entitled to: a total refund if notice of cancellation is received by Wednsday, March 5, 2019. We regret that, for cancellations received from March 6, 2019, the participant/company will not be entitled to any sort of refund and will be held accountable for payment of any unsettled participation fees.
    Substitutions as between participants are not possible.
