David Casalini joins TEHA Group to lead digital and technological innovation

TEHA Group is glad to announce that David Casalini has joined our team, with the aim of accelerating the Group's digital and technological innovation path. David is an entrepreneur and manager, who has always been active in the development of the digital and innovation ecosystem in Italy.

During his career, he has held positions of responsibility in companies such as Dada, Buongiorno, and in the Condé Nast publishing group, contributing to the development of digital products for publications such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Wired. More recently, as Digital Director at Technogym, he led digital transformation projects in the wellness sector. He was founder and CEO of StartupItalia, one of Italy's leading platforms dedicated to entrepreneurs, developers, investors and students, with over a million monthly readers.

He has collaborated with the Ministry of Public Administration on Open Government and digital citizenship issues. During the pandemic, he served as Chief Operating Officer at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, working alongside the Minister for Innovation and Digital Transition. In this context, he coordinated strategic projects for the country, contributing to the development and deployment of the Immuni and IO apps, the promotion of the SPID digital identity and the implementation of national training programmes on artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

Within our Group, he will be in charge of strengthening the corporate functions and creating a new business unit: TEHA Lab. The Lab will be the driver of technological innovation for TEHA Group and our customers, with the task of developing advanced solutions for both internal optimisation and the creation of new businesses based on frontier technologies, such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

“David's arrival is an extraordinary opportunity for TEHA. His vision and expertise will be crucial to face future challenges and consolidate our leadership in the field,” stated Valerio De Molli, Managing Partner & CEO of The European House – Ambrosetti and TEHA Group.
