Open Jam
Open Jam is TEHA Group’s platform dedicated to younger generations, organizing events throughout the year for students, young professionals, and educators. Once a year, we host a Festival open to people under 35: an innovation lab where businesses and institutions meet the perspectives, ideas, and aspirations of the youth.
WAT! What a Transition
WAT! is a collaborative initiative by Randstad and TEHA Group that has toured Italy in 2024, bringing together schools, companies, young people, and institutions to share best practices in school-to-work transition and foster a common vision for the future of work.
Startup Your Life
TEHA Group partnered with UniCredit’s Banking Academy ESG Italy in the implementation of Startup Your Life, an educational initiative designed to equip students with financial, entrepreneurial, and sustainability skills, while also raising awareness of important social challenges such as economic violence.
