Cultura e Leadership Customer-Obsessed

Developing a Customer-centered corporate culture is considered a major requirement for a company that wants to offer a distinctive and efficient Customer Experience that is well aligned with the customers' needs.

This is the focus of the "Customer-Obsessed Culture and Leadership" Workshop that will be held on February 23, 2023 in Milan. This event is organised by the Customer Obsession Circle, a project launched in 2022 that gathers companies with a strong commitment towards Customer-centricity.

It will help participants to learn how to correctly manage corporate culture, express a "Customer-centric" leadership and management, align the entire organisation with the Customers' expectations, and provide a satisfying and high-level Employee Experience.  

At the end of the Workshop, participants will be encouraged to write down an “action list” aimed at assessing their company's attitude towards the Customer, and design strategies and tools that are based on the showcased Customer-Obsessed best practices.
