With the contributions of international academics, global HR managers of multinationals and representatives from the world of sports and institutions, the Summit illustrated the tools and skills leaders require to continue to lead their own teams successfully.
Given the increasingly technological and digital context of the workplace, focus was placed on the following themes:

He made his debut with the Italian National Team at the world championships in 2006 with a game point average of 13.5, the highest on the team.
Commander of the “Frecce Tricolori”, the Italian aerobatic demonstration team. He pilots the Pony 0 jet and, with years of previous experience as a squad member and then flight leader, he directs flight via radio, assuring that the show will be spectacular, but safe.
President of the 2nd Penal Division of the Italian Supreme Court and the National Association of Magistrates. An iconic figure in the “Mani Pulite” team, he has handled trials for corruption and extortion involving politicians, public officers and businessmen.
Chief Human Resources Officer at Siemens AG. She was also the Human Resources Manager of Siemens Italia, the Global Commercial Excellence Manager of Siemens AG, as well as Vice President (Business Transformation and Knowledge Management) of Siemens Communications, Group Strategy.
President of the IMD Business School in Lausanne where he is also Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development. Previously, he founded and directed the LEAP program (for Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practice) at INSEAD in Singapore and guided the Global Leadership Centre.
Professor of Organizational Development at the London Business School. Studies how the “psychology of self” influences the decision-making process and how—through the psychological experience of power and status—the social hierarchy modifies our behavior. He writes for the FT, Time magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Sunday Times and Forbes magazine.
